Sunwill manufactures replacement hammers for heavy duty industrial shredders, particularly for recycling steel, iron, and end-of-life vehicles (ELVs).
Due to our innovative Differential Heat Treatment (DHT), the working end achieves a hardness of 550-630 HBN, while the installation area gains toughness with minimal wear on the pin.
The use of alloy steel doubles the service life compared to traditional manganese steel.
