SUNWILL Expands Operations with a New Mould Center to Meet Growing Demand for Crusher Wear Parts

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and efficiency, SUNWILL Machinery is excited to announce the opening of our new mould center, designed to accommodate the increasing demand for our high-quality crusher wear parts. This expansion comes as our existing pattern house reached full capacity due to the rapid growth of our business.

Our new pattern house, now fully operational, is purpose-built to store and manage over a thousand sand-casting moulds. These moulds are ready for immediate manufacturing, ensuring that we can quickly fulfill customer orders with minimal lead times. This new facility allows us to streamline our production process, reduce turnaround times, and meet the growing needs of the crusher and mining industries.

We have recently completed the expansion of our machining center to cater for growing demand of wear parts from our customers. Now the sunwillmachinery workshop is over 1000sqm with 10 machines running two shifts a day to secure the committed delivery time for our customers.

Factory inspection of customer from South America

Today, our important customer from South America carried out their inspection in Sunwill factory. This customer has a great presence in the mining service sector in South America and have been looking for premium wear parts and solutions to reduce down time for their mining equipment. Before this visit, they have had a lot of trials and tests on Sunwill products and have been very pleased with the quality and service from Sunwill. The factory inspection is the last step before a long-term cooperation is built up.

Customer is pleased to see the well-organized manufacturing and high standard quality control processes in Sunwill factory. Furthermore, customer is very impressed by Sunwill’s innovative MMC blow bars and wear liners which will be very supportive to enhance their presence in mining sector.

First delivery of the new year 2023

Today, the first working day after the new year holiday, Sunwill is sending the first delivery of the new year 2023 to customer in Europe. This is a delivery of chrome ceramic blow bars and martensitic ceramic blow bars for Sandvik and Kleemann impactor in the Europe market.

This is not just the first delivery of new year, also it is a delivery of our commitment to our customers that we will keep improving on our products for better package, better surface finishing and better interior quality.

Happy new year – 2023

2022 was really a tough year with been through the pandemic, rising cost of everyhing and bad situation in sea shipping. Finally the 2022 was done and the 2023 has begun.

All team of Sunwill Machinery would like to say thanks to our customers and supplier for their support to us in the past tough year of 2022. And we are committed to continiously support our customers with better quality, service and improved delivery time in the new year of 2023.

In 2023, Sunwill will have the new foundry come into operation which is enale us to further improve the quality of our products includes ceramic blow bars, wear liners and all wear parts for quarry, mining, cement, construction industry. Also, Sunwill will have more new products lauched in 2023. Some of them are the innovation of wear parts and solutions be first-time made in the world which could unprecedentedly extend the service life of machines and equipment in quarry, mining and cement plants.

Sunwill is nearly completing the new foundry construction and equipment will be coming in soon

The construction of Sunwill’s new foundry is nearly completed. This new foundry covers a area of 13000㎡ and able to manufacture 8,000 tons of wear resistant castings a year by it’s completion.

This new foundry is a expansion of the old foundry which has been running for decade. It will mainly manufacture the small to medium size castings (less than 2t) including Ceramic blow bars, Crusher hammers, Crusher parts, Wear plates, Mill liners and other castings and wear parts. With the more advanced and automated equipment in operation, this new foundry will make a contribution to further improvement on good quality and enable us to make more new and innovative products.

 

The whole foundry will be ready for operation by the end of 2022.

Sunwill attends the 8th Guangzhou Int’l Aggregates Technology & Equipment Expo

On August 8th, 2022, the largest exhibition for quarry and aggregate industry in China-The 8th Guangzhou Int’l Aggregates Technology & Equipment Expo opened in Guangzhou. More than 140 professional equipment manufacturers, service providers and many equipment end users in the mining field from all over the country attended the exhibition.

As the leading supplier of wear parts, Sunwill exhibited some featured products, especially different types of Ceramic Inserted Blow Bars and Bimetallic Wear Plates, leaving deep impression on the visitors.

According to the needs of customers, Sunwill can provide customized solutions to fully meet the crushing and wear-resistant requirement of mining, waste recycling, cement plant, sugar industry and other related industries. Sunwill makes replacement wear part castings for abrasive and applications in mining, crushing and shredding, for industrial clients worldwide to decrease machine downtime and increase the production capacity.

Sunwill visited quarry plants checking the performace of blow bars and wear plates

On the first day of July, Sunwill’s engineers visited two quarry plants to check the performance of products including blow bars, impact plates and side liners. Sunwill have supplied full sets of wear parts to these two plants for a long time and customers have been very happy with the performance of Sunwill’s products. Either of plants has a Metso LT1213 mobile impact crusher in operation.
